Once a wealthy country like South Africa, Zimbabwe is now facing a possible disaster. Over-the-counter prescription drugs is abused like never before - in particular a South African imported cough syrup named BronCleer - also known as Bronco. The codeine and alcohol infused mixture has for the last 7 years fed on this country’s population mostly used by the youth in urban areas. And with a 90% unemployment rate Zimbabwe could potentially lose the next generation of young people and there by the country’s future.
